Her formative years were spent as an Olympic-trained competitive ice dancer. She trained under champions such as Gennady Karponosov and Natalia Linichuk, Ron Ludington, Scott Gregory and Natalia Dubova and attained the American and Canadian gold medal at the age of 11. She carries that same drive and discipline into everything she does to this day.

Celeste specializes in residential real estate throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island City. She is also a connector, working with real estate brokers throughout the US and overseas navigating multi faceted investments for clients. Celeste and her husband, Jimmy Pandhi, are shareholders in a coop in the Lenox Hill section of the Upper East Side where they live with their rescue dog Shilo, and their twins Maya Amara and Carter Gabriel.
